The hotel is located in the center of Calistoga, offering a comfortable stay with a coffee station in rooms. The service was excellent, going out of their way to make our visit memorable, although there was a minor incident with missing wine glasses. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Calistoga wine country. The dining experience was convenient with breakfast delivered to the room. Facilities met expectations, making for a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected for the price we paid, were very clean with lovely decor. The service provided by the staff was exceptional; they were attentive, pleasant, and extremely helpful. The location, despite a minor noise issue, offered the convenience of nearby dining and shopping options. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a beautiful array of pastries but falling short on quantity for the price. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
